Sometimes making your own travel and air arrangements can be a complicated,
time-consuming and tedious process. Having recognized this, Med Journeys
has assembled a team of travel agents and air professionals with more
than 50 years of collective experience in the travel industry. This
department/team is wholly dedicated to making flight/air arrangements
for our clients a seamless and stress-free process. Once the department
receives final confirmation of your planned trip abroad, a Med Journeys
air representative will make all necessary air bookings and then contact
you with all relevant trip details and information. As it is a fundamental
part of the service we provide, we are of the firm belief that the
burdensome task of making air arrangements should not fall on you.
Transportation
During your stay abroad, our Med Journeys local tourist office will make all arrangements for your transportation. A fully air-conditioned car will be made available for your trips to and from the hospital, the airport and the hotel. In addition, if you choose to participate in any tours or require a vehicle for your own personal adventures and escapades, our local Med Journeys team will make the necessary arrangements.
Insurance
At Med Journeys we believe careful planning allows us to better manage life’s surprises and uncertainties. Some events, however, are beyond the scope of careful planning. Since we cannot predict the future, we make available to our clients the option of obtaining travel insurance. Travel insurance can provide you with coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage damage and other unanticipated events. Although many of our clients have felt comfortable enough to forego securing travel insurance for their trip abroad, Med Journeys fully appreciates and understands any clients desire to do so.
As such, we are more than happy to provide full assistance in obtaining travel insurance for those clients that feel the need for it.
